Shook House Among Oldest Haywood County Landmarks ASHEVILLE CITIZEN TIMES ca. 1954
A SPACIOUS LAWN, featured by a large walnut tree, surrounds the Shook House in Clyde, one of Haywood's County's oldest landmarks. A sign has also been erected by the Methodist Church to mark the shrine.
